Dee Wampler ’62 (Springfield, Mo.) was featured on nationwide television in India, Sri Lanka, parts of Pakistan, and several other countries with an audience of 700 million.

1970s

Carolyn ‘Carole’ Lambert ’73 (Springfield, Mo.) received the “Saidie” Lifetime Achievement Award from Tulsa’s Association for Women in Communication.

Dr. Rosalyn Thomas ’74 M.Ed ’78 (Springfield, Mo.) completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University.

Dr. Thomas Carter ’76 (Geneva, Ill.) was named “2018 College-wide Outstanding Full-time Faculty Member” at College of DuPage.

1980s

Rev. Steven Wilson ’87 (Carthage, Mo.) was named to the Mercy Carthage Hospital Board.

1990s

Dana (Cannady) Havens ’90 (Nixa, Mo.) was featured in Springfield Business Journal as a “Trailblazer” due to her success as a financial advisor.

Robert Haik ’92 (Springfield, Mo.) was named one of the Springfield Business Journal’s “2018 Men of the Year” honorees.

Rebecca (Steubing) Holman ’95 (Steele, Mo.) became a licensed clinical social worker.

Jeffery Stockard ’95 (Kansas City, Mo.) is currently on his 4th presidential recall to active duty and his 8th deployment.

Chaplain Jason Brawner ’96 (Springfield, Mo.) was named one of the Springfield Business Journal’s “2018 Men of the Year” honorees.

Deborah (Berini) McGrew ’97 (Galveston, Texas) was appointed president of Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Monica Fulton ’98 (Waynesville, Mo.) received a Consummate Professional Award from the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals.

Timothy Garrison ’98 (Springfield, Mo.) was confirmed as the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Missouri.

Dr. Monica Davis ’01 (Rolla, Mo.) was named “2018 Missouri Distinguished Principal” for the South Central Region by the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals.

Kristen (Wannenmacher) Bright ’03 (Springfield, Mo.) was elected to partner at BKD.

Dr. Sara Cochran ’04 MAC ’06 (Columbia, Mo.) received a Schulze Publication Award for a piece titled “Every College Student Should Take a Course in Entrepreneurship” from the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Exchange.

Lisa (Call) Chrisman ’05 (Springfield, Mo.) was promoted to senior consultant at BKD.

Meg Myers Morgan ’05 (Tulsa, Okla.) released her second book, Everything is Negotiable: The 5 Tactics to Get What You Want in Life, Love, and Work, published by Seal Press.

Dispute Resolution at Missouri State University.

James “David” Maxson ’10 (State College, Pa.) earned a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Culture degree at Penn State University.

Insurance as a habitational insurance specialist.

Dr. Stephanie Ryder ’10 (Englewood, Colo.) is now a spinal cord injury medicine fellow at Craig Hospital.

Blake Wixsom ’10 (Mount Vernon, Mo.) was featured in the Diamond 9 presented by B.J.’s Trophy Shop.

Colleen (Pickett) Mathis ’11 (Liberty, Mo.) joined the LMH Pediatric Hospitalists Group.

Slone DeLong ’12 (Naples, Fla.) received the Tech Woman of the Year Award from the Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership.
